# Lemcoe Precision, LLC > Full-service gunsmith, NFA dealer (SOT), and licensed firearms importer in Roswell, GA. Bench gunsmithing, white-glove NFA transfers and filings, Cerakote and other finishing, arsenal-correct restoration, and Form 6 importation — all in one shop, quoted before work begins. - Address: 125 Mansell Place, Unit 204, Roswell, GA 30076 - Phone: (877) 536-2637 - Email: ffl@lemcoe.com - Hours: Tue–Fri · 10 AM–5 PM ET - Closed Monday, Saturday & Sunday — the shop is dark those days. - Licenses: FFL Type 07 (manufacturer) with SOT Class 02, and FFL Type 08 (importer) - Work is quoted and approved before it starts. Restoration and finish estimates can be started from photos. ## Gunsmithing Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and the odd thing that's none of the above. Real gunsmith work done on our own bench — repairs, threading, trigger jobs, and cleaning — with the price quoted before we ever touch your firearm. No mystery invoices, no "we'll see when it's done." - [Gunsmithing overview](https://www.lemcoe.com/gunsmithing): Handguns, rifles, shotguns and everything between. Real gunsmiths, real turnaround times, quoted before we touch your firearm. - [Barrel Threading](https://www.lemcoe.com/gunsmithing/barrel-threading): Precision muzzle threading cut on a lathe and dialed concentric to the bore — so a suppressor or muzzle device threads on straight and shoots straight. Every job comes back suppressor-ready with a thread protector installed, and the price is quoted before the first chip is cut. - [Trigger Work & Modifications](https://www.lemcoe.com/gunsmithing/trigger-work): Trigger jobs tuned to a target pull weight and measured on a gauge, not done by feel and hope. A cleaner break and a defined weight, kept safe and reversible, and function- and safety-tested before it leaves the bench. - [Tiered Cleaning](https://www.lemcoe.com/gunsmithing/cleaning): Three cleaning tiers with the price known up front — a basic clean that gets the gun ready to shoot, a deep clean built around the ultrasonic bath, and a full restoration for firearms that need a genuine restart. You pick the level, and there's no upsell at the counter. ## NFA Center Everything the NFA requires, under one roof and off your plate. Buy the silencer, get your fingerprints and photos taken at the counter, sign your trust with our notary, and let us prepare, e-file, and track the form. You make decisions; we handle paperwork. - [NFA Center overview](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa): Silencers at the best price, plus white-glove Form 1 and Form 4 filing, fingerprints, photos and free trust notary — all under one roof. - [Silencer Sales](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/silencers): We sell silencers to win the sale, then file the paperwork before you leave. Prints, photos, and trust notary come with the transfer — they're part of doing this right, not an upsell at the register. - [Form 4 White-Glove](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/form-4): Buying a silencer, SBR, or other NFA item from us or transferring one in? A Form 4 moves it to you, and we handle it end to end — prepared, e-filed, and tracked — so all you do is sign. - [Form 1 White-Glove](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/form-1): Making your own NFA item — an SBR from a rifle, or a suppressor you're building — takes a Form 1, filed and approved before you build. We prepare and e-file it, handle the trust and prints, and keep you clear of the mistakes that get a Form 1 rejected. - [Fingerprints & EFT Conversion](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/fingerprinting): Every NFA application needs a set of fingerprints, and rejected cards are one of the most common reasons a filing stalls. We take clean, ATF-ready prints in-store and convert them to the electronic format eForms needs. - [NFA Passport Photos](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/photos): NFA applications need a passport-style photo of the applicant, taken to ATF specification. We shoot and print them in-store while you wait, so a wrong photo isn't what holds your filing up. - [Free NFA Trust Notary](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/trust-notary): A gun trust needs to be signed in front of a notary. We keep one on staff and do it for your NFA trust at no charge — bring the trust, we witness and seal it the same visit. - [Pre-86 Machine Gun Transfers](https://www.lemcoe.com/nfa/machine-guns): Transferable pre-1986 machine guns are a small, serious market, and a six-figure firearm deserves the record-keeping and discretion to match. We handle these transfers quietly and correctly. ## Finishing & Metalwork Durable finishes and marking, done on our own benches. Cerakote and stencil work, fiber-laser engraving, anodizing, and parkerizing — blasted, prepped, and cured in-house, then photographed before it comes back to you. One shop for the finish and the metalwork, so your firearm isn't shipped around the country to three vendors. - [Finishing & Metalwork overview](https://www.lemcoe.com/finishing): Durable firearm finishes done in-house: Cerakote and stencil work, laser engraving, anodizing and parkerizing. - [Cerakote](https://www.lemcoe.com/finishing/cerakote): Cerakote is a ceramic-based coating that goes on thin and wears hard — corrosion resistance and a finish that holds up to holster wear, solvents, and heat. We do single colors, stencil work, and full multi-color patterns, all blasted, degassed, and oven-cured here, then photographed before you get it back. - [Laser Engraving](https://www.lemcoe.com/finishing/laser-engraving): Fiber-laser engraving on steel, aluminum, titanium, and polymer — marking cut into the part, not printed on top. Most of what we cut is NFA compliance work, and we make that part easy: send us your approved Form 1 and we take it from there, cut to match the form exactly, in the spot on the part you want it. - [Anodizing](https://www.lemcoe.com/finishing/anodizing): Type II and Type III hardcoat anodizing for aluminum — a finish that's grown into the metal rather than laid on top of it. Corrosion resistance, a harder surface, and consistent color we can match across a set of parts. - [Parkerization](https://www.lemcoe.com/finishing/parkerizing): Manganese and zinc phosphate parkerizing for steel — the correct, durable finish for a military rifle, in the shades a period-correct restoration actually calls for. A phosphate coating that holds oil and fights corrosion the way the originals did. ## Restoration Museum-grade restoration of M1 Garands and Carbines, Mosin Nagants, and 1911s — brought back to the configuration they were built in, with correct parts, correct finishes, and the history left intact. We also restore fire, smoke, and water damaged firearms for insurance claims, with the per-firearm documentation a claim needs. Send us photos — that's how every estimate starts. - [Restoration overview](https://www.lemcoe.com/restoration): Museum-grade restoration of M1 Carbines and Garands, Mosin Nagants and 1911s — plus fire and water damage restored and documented for insurance. - [Fire & Water Damage Restoration](https://www.lemcoe.com/restoration/fire-water-damage): A house fire, a flood, or the sprinklers that put the fire out — we restore the firearms and we can provide your claim's documentation: the damage and what it takes to undo it, before and after photographs, and an itemized invoice per firearm on our FFL letterhead. Handguns, rifles, shotguns, and NFA items. Ship them from anywhere in the country. - [M1 Carbine & M1 Garand](https://www.lemcoe.com/restoration/m1-carbine-garand): M1 Garands and M1 Carbines rebuilt to the configuration they left the arsenal in — correct parts for the maker and date, correct parkerized finish, stock work that respects the cartouches. Send photos of yours and we'll tell you what it needs and what it doesn't. - [Mosin Nagant](https://www.lemcoe.com/restoration/mosin-nagant): Counter-bore repair, stock and shellac work, correct bluing, and the patience these rifles deserve. We keep the history — the arsenal marks, the import story — and lose the cosmoline. Send photos and we'll tell you what your Mosin needs. - [1911](https://www.lemcoe.com/restoration/1911): GI, commercial, and everything since — refinishing, re-fitting, and correct parts for 1911s from both wars onward. The estimate comes from your photos, not a price list, because no two old 1911s need the same work. ## Logistics & Commerce The commerce side of the shop: firearms shipped in and out, ammunition by the case, and importation handled under our own licenses. Every piece of it is really a paperwork job — an FFL transfer, a carrier's rules, a Form 6, a CBP entry — and paperwork done right is the whole service. Prices and requirements up front, no legal surprises. - [Logistics & Commerce overview](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics): Inbound FFL transfers, outbound firearm shipping, bulk ammunition, and FFL08 importation with Form 6 filing and CBP clearance. - [FFL Transfers](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics/ffl-transfers): Bought a firearm online or out of state? Have it shipped here. We take in the firearm, log it, run your background check at the counter, and you walk out with it — $30 per firearm, $20 for each additional, same-day when it arrives, and a phone call the moment it's ready. - [Outbound Firearm Shipping](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics/firearm-shipping): Sending a firearm somewhere — to a buyer's dealer, back to a manufacturer, or to another shop? We ship it out to any FFL in the country: packed properly, logged the way the ATF expects, and insured for any value you choose. $30 per firearm plus actual shipping — and because we hold wholesale rates with UPS and USPS, that shipping costs a lot less than a retail shipping store. - [Bulk Ammunition](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics/bulk-ammunition): Ammunition by the case and the pallet, at real case pricing, with freight worked out before you commit. No membership games and no per-box markup dressed up as a deal — tell us the caliber and the quantity and we'll quote the ammo and the freight as one honest number. - [Importation & Form 6](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics/importation-form-6): We're a licensed importer — an FFL08 — so bringing firearms, parts, or ammunition into the country is something we do ourselves, not something we broker out. We file your Form 6 for the import permit, handle the Form 6A on release, and clear the shipment through CBP so it actually gets to you. - [ATF Compliance & CBP Clearance](https://www.lemcoe.com/logistics/atf-compliance): Compliance help for licensees and importers — the record-keeping and customs paperwork that keeps a shipment moving and keeps you clean at inspection. Acquisition-and-disposition books, CBP entries, and the import filings that go with them, handled by a shop that lives in these forms. ## Reference - [Gunsmith price list](https://www.lemcoe.com/gunsmithing/pricing): Searchable list of bench services with prices. Customers travel to it, and finished work can be shipped to an FFL. Georgia preempts local firearms ordinances (O.C.G.A. § 16-11-173), so the rules do not change between these towns. What changes with a customer's address is which chief law enforcement officer their NFA application is copied to — that is decided by county, and since ATF Rule 41F (July 2016) it is a notification requiring no signature or approval, not a permission step. - [Service areas index](https://www.lemcoe.com/local): Every community served from the Roswell bench, grouped by county. - [Serving Alpharetta](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/alpharetta): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Alpharetta, GA (Fulton County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Canton](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/canton): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Canton, GA (Cherokee County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Cumming](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/cumming): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Cumming, GA (Forsyth County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Dawsonville](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/dawsonville): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Dawsonville, GA (Dawson County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Dunwoody](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/dunwoody): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Dunwoody, GA (DeKalb County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving East Cobb](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/east-cobb): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from East Cobb, GA (Cobb County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Johns Creek](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/johns-creek): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Johns Creek, GA (Fulton County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Marietta](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/marietta): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Marietta, GA (Cobb County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Milton](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/milton): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Milton, GA (Fulton County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Mountain Park](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/mountain-park): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Mountain Park, GA (Fulton County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Sandy Springs](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/sandy-springs): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Sandy Springs, GA (Fulton County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Smyrna](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/smyrna): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Smyrna, GA (Cobb County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification. - [Serving Woodstock](https://www.lemcoe.com/local/woodstock): What the Roswell bench offers customers coming from Woodstock, GA (Cherokee County) — including the route in and that county's CLEO notification.
