Your parts, installed the way the maker intended

Most of what crosses this bench in a week is a customer's own upgrade: a BCM handguard onto a Daniel Defense, an adjustable gas block on a barrel that needs the retainer fitted to align the tube, a Radian safety and charging handle, a QD end plate and castle nut staked properly, Volquartsen parts in a Mark IV, a spring kit in a Sarsilmaz, a slide lock in a Glock. It's the same $40 bench fee whether the part is ten dollars or four hundred; what you're buying is the torque wrench, the roll-pin punches, the go/no-go gauge, and the function check afterward.

Bring the parts and the firearm — or just the upper, slide, or receiver the part goes on — and tell us what's going where. If a part won't fit, isn't safe, or needs fitting rather than installing, we'll say so at the counter. Parts bought here are usually installed free.

AR and AK builds and assembly

An upper assembled from a parts kit is $75 on the sheet, a lower is $55, and a complete AR or AK built from your parts is $150 — barrel nut torqued, gas block pinned or set-screwed and checked, headspace verified on any barrel and bolt that didn't come as a set, and the whole rifle function-checked and test-fired. AK parts-kit builds — a Yugo M64 on a new receiver, an AK-pattern pistol from a kit — are quoted per kit, because rivets and barrel pressing are more work than an AR.

Conversions are their own line: a Saiga 12 to an AR-style stock and pistol grip with the trigger group moved forward, a shotgun's safety bypass deleted for competition, a left-hand ejection swap. Quoted from the parts list; the Saiga jobs typically run about $250 in labor.
