One bench, and the towns that drive to it.
Lemcoe Precision is a single counter in Roswell — no branches, no franchises, no second location that's really a drop box. What follows is where our customers actually come from, grouped by the thing that changes between them: the county your NFA paperwork gets copied to.
The law doesn't change at the city line
Georgia preempts local firearms regulation. Under O.C.G.A. § 16-11-173, cities and counties can't write their own rules about the sale, transfer, transport or possession of firearms — that authority sits with the state. So a Milton customer and a Smyrna customer are working from the same rulebook, and anyone telling you your town has a special ordinance is mistaken.
What does change with your address is federal paperwork. An NFA application — a Form 1 to build, a Form 4 to transfer — has to be copied to a chief law enforcement officer where you live. Since ATF Rule 41F took effect in July 2016 that's a notification and not a permission slip: no signature to chase, and no office that can decline it. It just has to be addressed correctly and sent on time, which is a step we handle rather than hand you.
Each page below names the county office for that town, along with the road that actually gets you here.

Roswell itself isn't on this list — it doesn't need a page, it's where the shop is. If your town isn't here either, the answer is still yes: call us, or ship the project in from anywhere in the country.
